These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services provided by BrickHosting.org (“BrickHosting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing services, deploying workloads, or otherwise using BrickHosting infrastructure, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
You must:
Be at least 13 years of age
If under 18, have parental or legal guardian permission
Provide accurate registration and payment information
Not be prohibited from using online services under applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
BrickHosting provides managed infrastructure and hosting services including, but not limited to:
Code hosting (multi-language runtime environments)
Application hosting
Database hosting (SQL and NoSQL)
Voice hosting systems
Game server hosting (supported titles only)
Pre-made Discord bots and other platform bots
Containerized workloads
Compute, storage, and networking infrastructure
All services are provided on shared or dedicated environments unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
You are responsible for:
All activity under your account
Securing your credentials
Maintaining backups unless otherwise specified
Compliance with all applicable laws and third-party platform rules
BrickHosting is not responsible for account compromise due to user negligence.
You agree NOT to use BrickHosting services for:
Violating any law or regulation
Hosting or distributing illegal content
Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation
Unauthorized system access (hacking)
DDoS attacks
Port scanning without authorization
Packet sniffing
Botnet operation
Malware command and control systems
Exceeding plan resource allocations
Cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly approved in writing)
Artificial traffic generation
Running unrelated background services
Hosting malware, ransomware, spyware
Exploit distribution
Remote exploitation frameworks
Child exploitation material
Terrorist propaganda
Content inciting violence
Severe harassment campaigns
Mass unsolicited messaging
Spam bots
Email abuse
Automated abusive API usage
For pre-made Discord bots and other platform bots:
You must comply with the respective platform’s Terms of Service and Developer Policies.
You may not use bots to violate platform rules.
BrickHosting is not responsible for account bans from third-party platforms.
We may disable bots generating abuse reports or platform violations.
Abuse of platform APIs may result in immediate suspension.
For supported game servers:
No cheating services
No exploit distribution
No pirated game services
Must comply with game publisher EULAs
We reserve the right to suspend servers upon verified abuse complaints.
When hosting code or applications:
You must own or have rights to the code you deploy
No hosting of cracked software
No key generators or bypass tools
No illegal automation tools
You are solely responsible for the behavior of your deployed applications.
You may not use database services for:
Storing illegal content
Storing stolen data
Operating credential stuffing databases
Maintaining breached data repositories
We reserve the right to inspect metadata for abuse investigations.
Accepted payment methods:

All payments are:
Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Due in advance of service activation
Subject to termination if unpaid
Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or deletion of services.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account termination.
No refunds for partial usage
No refunds for service suspension due to Terms violations
Refunds, if granted, are at sole discretion of BrickHosting
We may suspend or terminate services for:
Violation of these Terms
Resource abuse
Non-payment
Legal complaints
Risk to infrastructure stability
Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.
To protect platform stability:
We may throttle excessive workloads
We may isolate high-risk containers
We may temporarily suspend services during incidents
We may remove workloads impacting other users
Uptime is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Users are responsible for maintaining backups
We do not guarantee data retention after termination
Deleted services may not be recoverable
You retain ownership of your content.
BrickHosting retains ownership of:
Infrastructure
Control panels
Pre-made bots
Platform tooling
Software frameworks
Unauthorized copying or resale of our systems is prohibited.
We are not responsible for:
Discord bans
Game publisher actions
API restrictions
External service outages
Use of third-party platforms is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
BrickHosting shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Lost data
Service interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the previous 30 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrickHosting from any claims resulting from:
Your content
Your hosted applications
Your violations of these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which BrickHosting operates.
